Order Information and Tracking

Choose from two ways to easily track your Luxesound.ca order:

  • Option 1: Log in to track your order

    1. Visit Luxesound.ca and select ”My Account” from the top navigation bar. Sign In.
    2. Enter your registered email address and password and click Log In.
    3. Under Orders, select your order number.
    4. In the right column of the Order  page, find Track Shipment and click the blue tracking number.
  • Option 2: Track with order number and email

    1. Use our Guest Order Tracking Page to track your order: Guest Order Tracking.
    2. Enter your order ID and your email address you used when completing your order.  Click Track.

At this time orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.
