- Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, including all accessories and documentation. While we do accept opened items, please ensure that the original packaging is included. Additionally, the return must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
1.2. Certain products are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include earphones and earbuds, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
1.3. All items listed as “Open Box” or “Final Sale” merchandise are non returnable & not eligible for refund.
2. Return Process

2.5. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Once the returned item is received, we will inspect the product within 5 days to ensure it meets the return policy criteria. We will send you an email notification to inform you of the status of your refund.
3.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable. This typically happens within 2-3 business days.
3.3. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please allow a reasonable processing period. The average processing time is 5 days.
4. Exchanges
4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
